COVID-19 Test Result Notification Process

As we all continue to adapt to the evolving nature of the pandemic’s challenges, please see below for the Bright Horizons test notification process.

Bright Horizons Communication with Families

As soon as we learn of a positive test result in your nursery community, Bright Horizons will contact you via an email and a text message to the contact details that we have on file for you. 

Please note that we will only contact individual parents directly by telephone if we are able to offer your child a place at an alternative nursery during the period of closure.

We would ask that you check your phones and emails before attending nursery each day and during the weekends to ensure that you are aware of any messages from us before making your way in to nursery.

Please ensure that all your contact details are up to date.

Family Communication to Bright Horizons

If you or someone in your household receives a positive COVID-19 test result, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can take appropriate action to implement timely and effective safety measures urgently. This will enable us to continue to care for as many nursery children as possible, while ensuring our primary objective of keeping everyone safe.

To advise us of a positive test result within nursery hours, please contact your nursery manager directly. During evenings or weekends please call our out of hours number 0208 059 0990.
