The Early Childhood and Operations teams have been working together to deliver a strategy for sustainability as part of our Future Earth Agenda.
In the Work+Family Team, we are privileged to work with some of the UK’s leading organisations. Our Future Earth plan focuses on minimising the environmental impact of our service delivery, and bringing clients together to learn from each other, share insights, and build a community that collectively supports mutual environmental priorities.

Moving Forward with Our Clients
We are working with our nursery client partners to help improve our measurements and secure agreement for piloting new environmental initiatives onsite, in collaboration with Procurement and Operations.
In 2023, we look forward to launching our cross-organisational Sustainability Panel with participation from client partners, with a view to share their experience and successes, so that we can make a bigger impact – together.
