Work begins on new Bright Horizons nursery in Essex

Construction has begun on a brand-new purpose built stand-alone nursery and preschool which will be joining a growing urban extension to the North of Colchester. The new nursery will welcome families in early 2024.

The new build nursery is situated outside of Colchester’s city centre in the new estate development, Kingswood Heath, where it has established 2680 new homes in the area. The development has great road links, especially in gaining access to the M25 and it’s a short drive away from Colchester’s railway station as well as being just a one-hour train journey to London Liverpool Street.

It will also feature three large baby rooms with age-appropriate resources to help the little ones develop.

Other exciting features that will be found at the day nursery is dedicated calm spaces, role play kitchens and exciting water play stations, so children can build on their exploration and understanding in an enthusiastic setting.
