In 1986, our US founders recognised that finding reliable childcare was a huge barrier for many working parents. These challenges inspired them to launch Bright Horizons, with the goal of providing families with an innovative and high-quality childcare solution.

In 2005 we even set up our own charity - The Bright Horizons Foundation for Children - a non-profit organisation which is focused on brightening the lives of disadvantaged children, youth and families who are experiencing homelessness or other crises.
While nurseries are our core, we're so much more! Our wider employer services have been created to support our families achieve and maintain a healthy work-life balance, whatever stage of life they are at.
