Ingredients
150g Plain Flour
200g Baking Block
50g Granulated Sugar
50g Sultanas
Method
1. Rub margarine into the flour in a mixing bowl.
2. Stir through the sugar and sultanas.
3. Roll out on to floured surface, using pastry cutter cut into rounds. (or bake in tray and cut into fingers).
4. Place on a greased baking tray cook on Gas mark 4/180°C for approximately 15- 20 minutes.
5. Serve.
