Our Little Explorers Room, takes children from 3 months to 2 years. The room is based upstairs where we have a separate sleep area for the younger babies and a small milk kitchen which is based out of the room, for staff to safely prepare and store milk. The room is fully equipped with fun and exciting resources for children to develop Our Little Stars Room takes children from 2-5 years.

The Preschool room consists of 2 bright and airy rooms that are then divided into the various sections that cover the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. The room has direct access into the garden where children can benefit from free flow.

Haseena Bright Horizons Twickenham Manager

Haseena Dupratt

I have worked in the early year’s sector for over 12 years and have been a manager for over 5 years. I take pride in helping children thrive and reach their full potential by providing a stimulating environment for them to learn and develop in.

I am a mum of twin boys so I understand the challenges parents face hence, I strive to work in partnership with the parents to ensure every child has the best start to their care and education.

Teddies Twickenham Nursery Deputy Manager

Nikki Hawker

I have worked at Teddies Twickenham since 2007 and have over 25 years’ experience in early years. I joined the company as an unqualified nursery assistant and went on to gain my NVQ 3 whilst working and then working my way through the ranks.

I pride myself on our partnership with parents ensuring the nursery meets their needs, I count myself extremely lucky to manage a well-established and brilliant team here at Twickenham and we do our upmost to provide a home from home experience for all of the children in our care.

You will often find me in the rooms spending time with the children, which is my real passion, providing the children with new opportunities to help them learn and develop

Candy Floss

Candy Floss

Hi, my name is Candy Floss, I joined Bright Horizons in March 2010 as the ‘Super Safety Hero’ to help nursery children stay safe and manage risks. My role as a Health and Safety Super Hero is unique to Bright Horizons and I’m in every nursery, 365 days a year.

Back in 2010, I saw a job advert for a Zebra Super Safety Hero – I was very excited, applied and was invited for an interview with several other zebras. We were interviewed by all the children who then voted on which of us would be their Super Safety Hero. It was hoof biting but I was thrilled when they told me I was the most voted for by the children who all loved me because of my cape and bag. My bag is very special, if something fits inside, it’s a choking hazard. You might be wondering how I got my name. The children in our nurseries chose five names and voted for their favourite. I love it as it’s unique, I mean have you ever heard of a zebra called Candy Floss? Exactly!

Why Bright Horizons

The Bright Horizons passion and enthusiasm for providing high-quality care isn’t just common knowledge within our own business – we’ve also gained some impressive accolades from external sources for excellence as both a childcare provider, and as an employer. We are the only childcare company to have been listed for the last 11 years as one of the country’s top 50 “Great Places to Work” by the Great Place to Work Institute.
