Welcome to Chineham Park Day Nursery and Preschool. At our purpose-built nursery in Chineham, we're dedicated to giving children aged 3 months to 5 years the care and early education they need to give them the best start.

Spacious and Bright Rooms

We have two baby rooms to accommodate the range of ages from 3 months to 2 years. We focus on following your little one's home routine as closely as possible, to ensure a smooth transition to nursery life. The children have access to their own garden, as well as a sensory room and a sleeping room for peaceful naps.

Our toddler room is bright and colourful with lots of space for your child to explore. We encourage independence in this room, and activities are planned around the children's individual interests, ensuring no two days are ever the same.

Preschoolers have access to a range of specialist rooms as well as their classroom to give them a wealth of exciting learning opportunities. In preschool, your little learner will learn the skills they need to help them feel confident and prepared for the next stage of their learning journey.

Children also enjoy Boogie Mites music sessions where they can learn about the world through music and song.

A Bright Beginning for Every Child

Your little one will get the best start to their schooling life through our enriching and wellbeing-focused Bright Beginnings Curriculum, designed by our own Early Years specialists.

Building on the foundations of the government's EYFS curriculum, Bright Beginnings combines a wide range of activities to nurture and develop the skills your child needs to flourish and reach their full potential. This holistic yet personal approach supports each child's wellbeing, development, and progress – whether that's moving rooms or preparing them for school.

Getting Ready for Their Next Steps

To ensure your little learner is confident to start school, our older children take part in our Ready for School programme, which brings structure and focus to maths, reading, writing, and other essential skills they need to get ready for school.

Specialist Rooms

As well as our spacious classrooms, we're proud to offer a rich variety of facilities and specialist rooms to give your child enriched and diverse learning opportunities.

To encourage creativity and imaginative play, we have a construction room, play street, and arts and crafts room. We have a beautiful sensory room and an exciting children's kitchen where your little chef will learn about healthy food choices and take part in experiments and recipe-making.

An Expansive Garden

We're fortunate to have a large garden that is split to give each classroom freeflow access to its own age-specific outdoor space. From water play and construction toys to building blocks and scooters, there is always so much to discover.

All-Inclusive Care and Convenience

• Nutritionally balanced meals are prepared by our onsite chef. Our all-inclusive care extends to snacks, formula, nappies, wipes, and creams.
