Ely Day Nursery and Preschool

Welcome to Ely Day Nursery and Preschool, situated on the grounds of Cambridge Business Park. Our modern, purpose-built nursery is the perfect setting for little ones aged 3 months to 5 years to learn, flourish, have fun and make friends.

Bright and Engaging Classrooms

Caterpillar is our fun and cosy baby room, specially designed with your babys comfort and development in mind. There is lots to explore in this room, from sensory toys to arts and crafts, as well as a separate milk kitchen and nappy changing area.

2 to 3-year-olds love their colourful Butterfly room, which has different areas to spark their imagination, including an indoor slide and a lovely book corner.

Penguins is our second 2 to 3s room. This lovely room benefits from freeflow access to the garden, allowing the children to choose whether to play inside or out. We also have pet giant African snails which the children love taking care of.

Preschoolers have so much fun in their Ladybird room, where they learn the key skills they need to feel confident and prepared to start school.

A Bright Beginning for Every Child

Your little one will get the best start to their schooling life through our enriching and wellbeing-focused Bright Beginnings Curriculum, designed by our own Early Years specialists.

Building on the foundations of the governments EYFS curriculum, Bright Beginnings combines a wide range of activities to nurture and develop the skills your child needs to flourish and reach their full potential. This holistic yet personal approach supports each childs wellbeing, development, and progress – whether thats moving rooms or preparing them for school.

Enriching Learning Programmes

At our nursery in Ely, your child will get the best start to their schooling life through enriching learning experiences thanks to our Growing Enhancement programmes. This unique programme introduces your child to essential key skills in subjects including maths, reading, writing, science, art, IT, sports, and more.

Garden Adventures

Were fortunate to have a large garden which all of the children share. Each room plans age-appropriate activities to enjoy in the garden, so your little one always has the best experiences to aid their development. We also provide waterproof all-in-ones and overalls for the children to wear outside, so they can play no matter the weather.

With trikes and wooden huts, sports equipment and utensils for making mud pies, there is always so much to discover.

All-Inclusive Care and Convenience

• Nutritionally-balanced meals are prepared daily along with a range of tasty snacks. Our all-inclusive care extends to nappies, wipes, and formula.
• The nursery is situated within the grounds of Cambridgeshire Business Park.
• Our nursery in Ely is conveniently located 5-minutes from Ely train station.
• Longer opening hours of 7:30am to 6:30pm.
• Funded-only places are available.
