Welcome to Kings Hill Day Nursery and Preschool. Our Ofsted-rated Good nursery is set in a purpose-built building, and delivers excellent care and education to children aged 3 months to 5 years.

Each of our seven rooms is bright and spacious, with resources and activities developed for every age and stage of your little one.

In our under 2s room, as well as messy play, creative corners, and heuristic play, we also have separate sleep and sensory rooms and a private baby garden to further enhance your baby's days. We'll follow your baby's individual routine from home as closely as possible, to help them settle into nursery life easier.

Our nursery room for 2- to 3-year-olds has lots of space for your toddler to explore and gain independence.

In preschool, our early years teacher helps to teach the skills and knowledge your little learner will need to ensure they feel happy and prepared to start school.

A Bright Beginning for Every Child

Your little one will get the best start to their schooling life through our enriching and wellbeing-focused Bright Beginnings Curriculum, designed by our own Early Years specialists.

Building on the foundations of the government's EYFS curriculum, Bright Beginnings combines a wide range of activities to nurture and develop the skills your child needs to flourish and reach their full potential. This holistic yet personal approach supports each child's wellbeing, development, and progress – whether that's moving rooms or preparing them for school.

Getting Ready for Their Next Steps

To ensure your little learner is confident to start school, our older children take part in our Ready for School programme, which brings structure and focus to maths, reading, writing, and other essential skills they need to get ready for school.

Having Fun in the Garden

We have two beautifully refurbished gardens that offer a large outdoor space for your little one to explore, discover and play. The gardens can be enjoyed in all weathers, from tricycles and a climbing frame to agility equipment, such as hoops, balls and bats, there are plenty of activities to help develop their balance and coordination and have a lot of fun. We even have a shaded seating area for those warm sunny days.

All-Inclusive Care and Convenience

• Nutritionally-balanced meals are prepared by our onsite chef. Our all-inclusive care extends to snacks, nappies, formula, wipes, and creams.
• Large car park onsite to make drop-off and pick-up easier.
