Welcome to Northcote Road Day Nursery and Preschool, Situated in a charming, converted house, our dedicated staff are committed to providing the very best care and early education for children aged 3 months to 5 years.

Rooms to Aid Development

We have four beautiful classrooms, each one specifically designed for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers.

The rooms are bright and colourful and filled with an excellent variety of resources and activities to support your little one’s development. From cosy book corners and fun role-play areas, to sensory spaces and construction zones, there is always something new and exciting to discover.

Among our highly-qualified and caring staff is our own early years teacher, who prepares preschoolers with the skills and confidence they need to feel ready to start school.

A Bright Beginning for Every Child

Your little one will get the best start to their schooling life through our enriching and wellbeing-focused Bright Beginnings Curriculum, designed by our own Early Years specialists.

Building on the foundations of the government’s EYFS curriculum, Bright Beginnings combines a wide range of activities to nurture and develop the skills your child needs to flourish and reach their full potential. This holistic yet personal approach supports each child’s wellbeing, development, and progress – whether that’s moving rooms or preparing them for school.

Enriching Learning Programmes

At our nursery in Battersea, your child will get the best start to their schooling life through enriching learning experiences thanks to our Growing Enhancement programmes. This unique programme introduces your child to essential key skills in subjects including maths, reading, writing, science, art, IT, sports, and more.

Garden Adventures

We’re fortunate to have a large, secure garden area, which offers free-flow access, allowing your child to enjoy the fresh air throughout the day. Along with a variety of resources for all age groups, we have an exciting adventure garden and a small growing garden where the children have fun growing and caring for their own plants, herbs, fruits, and vegetables.

All-Inclusive Care and Convenience

• Nutritionally-balanced meals are prepared daily by our onsite chef. Our all-inclusive care extends to snacks, nappies, wipes, formula, nappy cream, and sun cream.
• Located on Chatham Road, just off Northcote Road.
• Our nursery in Battersea is conveniently located for commuting parents and is close to Clapham Junction station and Clapham South tube.
