Your little one will love spending their days at Teddies Woking Day Nursery and Preschool, where our team of nurturing and experienced staff is dedicated to providing the very best care for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
Set in a welcoming, refurbished house, our light and airy nursery offers vibrant and enriching rooms to support your child’s development.
Our bright and cosy baby and toddler rooms are lovely rooms to transition from home to nursery life. Each room is filled with sensory areas and play equipment to spark imagination. All resources are low-level, allowing your little one to explore the rooms at their own pace. We also have a sleeping room, so your child can enjoy peaceful naps when they need it.
2 to 3-year-olds love their Little Learners room, which is light and spacious and has lots of room for them to explore as they start discovering their independence.
Preschool is set across two activity rooms, which are used throughout the day. Preschoolers are prepared with the skills they need to feel ready and confident to start school, and also benefit from an art room to support their creativity.
Children also enjoy Boogie Mites music sessions where they can learn about the world through music and song.
Your little one will get the best start to their schooling life through our enriching and wellbeing-focused Bright Beginnings Curriculum, designed by our own Early Years specialists.
Building on the foundations of the government’s EYFS curriculum, Bright Beginnings combines a wide range of activities to nurture and develop the skills your child needs to flourish and reach their full potential. This holistic yet personal approach supports each child’s wellbeing, development, and progress – whether that’s moving rooms or preparing them for school.
You can stay updated with your child’s day through our Bright Horizons Family app.
To ensure your little learner is confident to start school, our older children take part in our Ready for School programme, which brings structure and focus to maths, reading, writing, and other essential skills they need to get ready for school.
We’re fortunate to have a large garden space, which features age-specific areas to ensure your child always has the best resources for their development. The garden has lots of themed learning spaces, with babies having their own dedicated area, while our over 2s enjoy the fun home corner, complete with a wooden playhouse, and a tree-filled area for going on bug hunts. We also have a lean-to which allows the children to play in the fresh air even in rainy weather.
Our devoted and long-standing staff are excited to welcome you and your family to Teddies Woking Nursery and Preschool. Book a personal tour today and come see everything our beautiful and welcoming nursery has to offer.
Our calculator enables you to estimate your basic fees BEFORE childcare funding is applied. We’ve taken this approach as funding is dependent on your own very individual situation, how old your child is, where you live, whether you’re working and so on.
Our comprehensive funding guides provide guidance on what funding you’re likely to be eligible for, we can send this to you after you’ve estimated your fees.
When you visit us, we can also help you understand your options and work out what your net fees will be after any childcare funding is taken into account.
Oops! We appear to be having a few technical challenges! Our team is working hard to get our fee calculator back up and running soon as soon as possible. Thanks for bearing with us.
In the meantime, if you need some answers or to book a nursery visit, then please call us on 01483617712, our friendly team is here to help.
