Teddington Day Nursery and Preschool

Welcome to Teddington Day Nursery and Preschool, where our experienced and long-standing staff are dedicated to the care and early education of all children aged 3 months to 5 years. Our purpose-built nursery, with onsite parking, a buggy park, located close to Hampton Wick train station, offers excellent links into London. Benefit from extended opening hours, spanning from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, with limited funded-only places available.

Throughout our nursery, we provide the best start to schooling life through our enriching and wellbeing-focused Bright Beginnings Curriculum, designed by our own Early Years specialists. This holistic yet personal approach supports each child's wellbeing, development, and progress, whether that involves transitioning between rooms or preparing for school.

Our nursery features four purposefully designed rooms catering to various age groups, from infants to preschoolers, accompanied by a secure outdoor play area. The baby room prioritises maintaining your child's home routine for a seamless transition. The rooms are bright and airy with large windows, and a side room is designated for peaceful naps. Babies enjoy their own secure garden throughout the day.

The preschool room prepares children for the next stage of their learning journey, featuring different sections supporting comprehensive learning. We provide Boogie Mites, an engaging music and movement session, as an exciting educational opportunity. For holiday club children, we offer extracurricular activities, and a soothing sensory room with a variety of resources.

In our large garden area, each child will benefit from a separate garden. Divided into age-specific sections, provides optimal resources for development. Including a sandpit, a sheltered area, a mud kitchen, and a growing garden, which is perfect for lessons in nature and growth.

And while your child is busy exploring and having fun, we can keep you updated via our Family app. Available for all Bright Horizons parents, this will keep you connected with your child's day-to-day experiences and up to date as they develop during their time with us.
